Service Period

Applicants must meet the minimum service period based on their employment sector:

  • Government, semi-government, and military (officers): Minimum 1 month
  • Private sector: Minimum 3 months (1 year for expats)
     
Approved Employer

Applicants must be currently employed or retired from the government or private sector and listed under SIB’s approved employer list.

Current Finance Amount

Applicants must have paid at least 20% of their current finance amount to be eligible for refinancing.

Government Identification

A valid Saudi National ID.

Identity Card

Employer’s staff identity card (showing the employee’s rank or grade, where applicable).

Introduction Letter

An official employer letter stating your salary, allowances, and employment start date.
